bdwln Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the bdwln platform. They clearly define your rights and responsibilities.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

bdwln is an online gaming platform that provides sports betting, casino games, fishing games, and other entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh. By using this website or application, you are considered to have accepted all the terms and conditions listed below.

These terms form a legal agreement between bdwln and its users. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested to refrain from using our platform.

Important: The bdwln platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Opening or using an account without age verification is a direct violation of these terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on bdwln and use any game or betting service, you must be at least 21 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening or using an account. We may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Opening or using multiple accounts is a violation of bdwln's policy. If someone is found to be operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended or closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The information you provide during account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a serious violation and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify bdwln support immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bdwln is ৳500. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The time taken to complete a withdrawal depends on the payment method and the verification process.

3.3 Verification

Before a withdrawal, bdwln may verify your identity. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or proof of ownership of the payment method. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction appears to be fraudulent, illegal, or contrary to bdwln's policies, we reserve the right to suspend, reject, or reverse any payment.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bdwln will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement on the welcome bonus is 20 times, applicable only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

To benefit from bonuses, please read the applicable terms carefully at the time of depositing into your account. bdwln reserves the right to change bonus terms at any time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, providing false information, or attempting to deceive the system through any strategic method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

bdwln's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are offered at each tier — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. It is possible to advance to a higher tier by increasing the regularity and volume of play.

5. Gaming Rules & Restrictions

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

bdwln operates under a fair play policy. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures unbiased outcomes. No player is given or allowed to take unfair advantage.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using software bots, scripts, or automation tools to play games
Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
Attempting to access another user's account without permission

5.3 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. It is recommended to check the betting limits of the relevant game before starting to play.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 bdwln's Rights

bdwln reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

Violation of any clause of these terms
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
Providing false or incomplete information
Not meeting the age requirement
The need to comply with legal obligations or regulatory directives

6.2 User Rights

You may contact bdwln support at any time to close your account. Before closing your account, please ensure that your balance is zero or has been withdrawn.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdwln takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never cause harm to your financial or mental wellbeing.

7.1 Setting Your Own Limits

Players are advised to set their own deposit limits, loss limits, and time limits. bdwln provides the ability to manage these limits yourself.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

bdwln provides its services on an "as is" basis. If a game is interrupted due to technical issues, internet disconnection, or any other reason, bdwln will do its best to resolve the problem. However, bdwln is not fully liable for any loss caused by network issues.

Financial losses arising from gaming activity are entirely the player's own responsibility. bdwln does not control game outcomes and does not guarantee any specific winnings.
